Nasdaq files to launch consolidated "Plus" data feeds ahead of 24-hour trading. The Nasdaq Stock Market, Nasdaq PHLX and Nasdaq Texas each filed immediately-effective rule changes (SR-NASDAQ-2026-061, SR-PHLX-2026-47, SR-NasdaqTX-2026-035) to introduce Nasdaq TotalView Plus and Nasdaq Basic Plus, new proprietary feeds that consolidate top-of-book and depth-of-book data across all three Nasdaq-affiliated equities markets into a single connection spanning the 23-hour trading day. Nasdaq says the products are built to support the industry's planned move to 23-hour trading, expected around December 6, 2026 subject to DTCC and SIP readiness — directly bearing on the overnight-trading/market-data-fee themes already under SEC review. Comments are due by August 21, 2026. Federal Register notice (Nasdaq), PHLX filing, Nasdaq Texas filing

NYSE Texas proposes earlier trading window for new ETP IPOs. NYSE Texas filed to amend Rule 7.35 (Auctions) so that an ETP eligible for an IPO auction can elect to begin trading during the exchange's Early Trading Session rather than waiting for the primary open, matching functionality already available on other venues. The exchange frames it as giving issuers and market participants earlier access to liquidity in highly-anticipated new ETP listings; comments are due August 21, 2026 (SR-NYSETEX-2026-29). CSA and CIRO issue guidance on foreign-listed ETF marketing. On July 29, the Canadian Securities Administrators and CIRO published Staff Notice 81-339, reminding dealers that actively marketing or promoting an ETF listed only on a foreign exchange (not cross-listed in Canada) can trigger prospectus and investment-fund-manager registration requirements, and calling for enhanced disclosure where such foreign ETFs are made available to Canadian investors. Brazil: B3 clearing-house delay disrupts Friday's open. B3 postponed the opening auction for equities, ETFs, BDRs, real estate funds and derivatives (including Mini Índice and Mini Dólar futures) after a delay in file transmission and the opening of the B3 Clearing Chamber; most assets stayed in auction until roughly 12:30pm local time, with the standard Dollar futures contract released earlier at 9:35am. B3 said the issue was a technical/processing problem post-yesterday's session and explicitly ruled out any cyberattack or external interference. B3 Bora Investir update
