Texas Stock Exchange gets its own generic listing standard for commodity-based trust shares. The SEC granted accelerated approval to TXSE's proposed amendment of Rule 17.111(d), adopting rule-based generic listing standards for Commodity-Based Trust Shares that track Nasdaq's version (approved in July). TXSE can now list qualifying commodity (including digital-commodity) trust products without a bespoke SEC order for each one — a structural step that puts TXSE on equal footing with Nasdaq and NYSE/Cboe for this product line. NYSE Arca moves the Bitwise 10 Crypto Index ETF onto generic listing standards. NYSE Arca filed to list and trade the fund under Rule 8.201-E (Generic) rather than the product-specific Rule 8.500-E order it was approved under in mid-2025, relying on the Commission's July 2026 amendment that lets up to 15% of a trust's NAV sit in digital commodities. The shift means the product no longer depends on its own standalone approval order — another incremental step in folding crypto-linked ETPs into the exchanges' standard listing machinery. Several other SRO filings landed in the Federal Register today (Nasdaq Texas aligning Rule 4120 with Nasdaq's own rule; a NYSE amendment to Rule 2(c)) but read as conforming/administrative rather than market-structure news. No new FINRA regulatory notice, SEC press release, CFTC rulemaking or Fed rulemaking of equity-market relevance appeared in this window beyond what was already reported yesterday (Treasury-clearing exemptive relief; the 23-hour-trading circuit-breaker conformance wave).
Canada
Nothing new from CIRO, the CSA/OSC, TMX/TSX or the Bank of Canada's market-infrastructure side this window.
Latin America
A quiet window across B3/CVM, the BCB, Banxico/CNBV, Chile's CMF and Argentina's CNV/BCRA — no new Comunicado Externo, Resolução/Edital, Comunicación or Resolución General touching trading, listing or settlement rules surfaced since yesterday's edition.
