Five Adani group companies settle SEBI disclosure and audit-lapse proceedings for ₹1.51 crore. An SEBI adjudicating officer settled proceedings against Adani Enterprises, Adani Total Gas, AWL Agri Business, Adani Green Energy and Adani Energy Solutions, stemming from the 2023 Hindenburg-linked examination into related-party-transaction disclosure gaps and limited-review/audit reports signed by a firm without a valid peer-review certificate. The companies paid a combined ₹1.51 crore without admitting or denying the findings; terms were recommended by SEBI's High Powered Advisory Committee in June and accepted by the Panel of Whole Time Members on 13 August.
