Spain's CNMV proposes mandatory delisting for illiquid equities. A draft Circular opened for public consultation on 18 September would let the CNMV exclude a listed company from trading, ex officio or on request, if over the prior calendar year its traded cash stays below €100,000 or it trades on fewer than 10% of sessions. It develops Securities Markets and Investment Services Law 6/2023, tightening the liquidity bar for continued listing; the first 12-month control period runs from 1 January 2027, with comments due 19 October 2026. Coverage (secondary; CNMV's own consultation page not independently reachable)
No other material items from BaFin/Deutsche Börse, AMF/Euronext, Consob/Borsa Italiana, AFM, SIX or Nasdaq Nordic in the window. None of the SNB, Riksbank, Norges Bank or Danmarks Nationalbank issued rule-relevant items.
