FCA tidies up its listing-regime technical notes as the new UK Listing Rules bed in. Guidance Consultation GC26/8 (Primary Market Bulletin No. 67, published 4 November, comments due 9 December) updates Technical Notes 602.5 and 605.5 on prospectus exemptions and supplementary prospectuses, and revokes Technical Note 103.1 (the independent-business requirement for premium listing) and Procedural Note 902.4 (listing via final terms), both superseded by last year's UK Listing Rules overhaul.
