Gulf

No material items from Saudi CMA/Tadawul, UAE SCA/DFSA/FSRA/DFM/ADX, Qatar QFMA/QSE or Kuwait CMA/Boursa Kuwait in the window. No Fed rate move has occurred since the last edition (the FOMC next meets 15–16 September), so there is no fresh dollar-peg follow-through to report from SAMA, CBUAE, QCB or CBK.

Israel

No material ISA, TASE or Bank of Israel items in the window; minutes from the Bank of Israel's 25bp cut to 3.25% on 1 September have not yet been published.

Africa

No new items from South Africa FSCA/JSE/SARB, Egypt FRA/EGX/CBE, Nigeria SEC/NGX/CBN, Kenya CMA/NSE/CBK or Morocco AMMC/Bank Al-Maghrib in the window. Three items remain open with no outcome published yet: the FSCA's revised proposed JSE Listings Requirements amendment (removing separate non-binding remuneration votes), republished 14 August with a 14-day objection window that has since lapsed, still has no approval notice or operative date; Nigeria's NGX equity pricing-methodology relaunch, postponed from its scheduled 17 August launch, still has no new effective date; and Egypt's short-selling framework under FRA Resolution 155 (issued 19 August) still has no confirmed trading-launch date, with broker connection to the Central Lending System reported as the remaining gating step.
