ASX shareholder-approval consultation for scrip-funded M&A closes for submissions. The comment period on ASX's exposure draft — which would require S&P/ASX 300-listed bidders to obtain shareholder approval before issuing new shares above 25% of shares on issue to fund a scrip acquisition — closed 29 July.
