Two ASIC consultations remain outstanding with no outcome published: CS 59 (RG 264 sell-side research remake, comments closed 21 August) and CS 60 (low-volume financial markets instrument remake, comments closed 20 August) — the latter is increasingly time-sensitive, with the instrument it would replace sunsetting 1 October, now under four weeks away and no replacement instrument yet registered.
