United States

Cboe's four US equities exchanges launch fee incentives to migrate members off the legacy order-entry protocol. BZX, EDGX, EDGA and BYX each filed immediately effective fee-schedule changes on 2 September establishing an "Order Entry Protocol Migration Program," crediting members that move onto the exchanges' newer order-entry protocol ahead of the older one's eventual retirement; comments are due around 23 September. NYSE Arca and NYSE American raise options market-maker fees for manual transactions. Both exchanges filed same-day, immediately effective fee-schedule changes on 3 September; NYSE Arca lifts its Market Maker manual (floor) transaction fee in non-Penny-Pilot issues to $0.90 per contract, and NYSE American amends its own manual-transaction fee and rebate schedule in parallel. SEC and CFTC extend the Form PF compliance date a fourth time. A joint final rule effective 3 September pushes the compliance date for the 2024 Form PF amendments on expanded private-fund and hedge-fund adviser reporting from 1 October 2026 to 1 July 2027, tied to the agencies' pending proposal to narrow those amendments. Canada
