EU & ESMA
Checked and quiet for 15–16 October: ESMA's press-releases and news pages show no new item in this window (the 2026 Common Enforcement Priorities statement, already reported, remains the latest); the T+1 allocation-and-confirmation guidelines final report, flagged "by October," is still not out; the ESMA direct-supervision package shows no October movement (Council position reached, Parliament position still pending ahead of trilogues); EuroCTP's live-operational status is unconfirmed either way. Worth tracking but not new today: ESMA's call for evidence on CCP collateral tokenisation opened 9 October and runs to 15 January 2027 — it predates this window and was not caught in an earlier edition, so flagging it now as an open item rather than a dated development. The ECB, screened for rulemaking only, issued nothing new on TARGET2/T2S, the collateral framework or SSM supervisory requirements in the window (its most recent collateral-framework decisions, on NFC credit-claim integration and financial-subsidiary haircut treatment, date to June/July and are already stale).
United Kingdom
No outcome yet on CP26/30 (equity market transparency) or CP26/31 (consolidated tape framework): the main response window for both closes today, 16 October, so no decision is expected before the next edition at the earliest. No other new FCA publication or consultation dated 15–16 October found. The PRA's October Regulatory Digest is not due until 1 November (digests post on the 1st of the following month); no other Bank of England/PRA policy statement or consultation found in the window.
National & exchanges
Checked and quiet: BaFin, Deutsche Börse/Xetra, AMF, Euronext (Paris/Amsterdam/Brussels/Milan), Consob/Borsa Italiana, CNMV/BME, AFM, SIX/SER-AG and Nasdaq Nordic — no new rule, circular or consultation dated 15–16 October found for any of them. CNMV's automatic-delisting-threshold draft circular remains open for comment, deadline unchanged at 19 October. No rule changes found from SNB, Riksbank, Norges Bank or Danmarks Nationalbank in the window.
