EU & ESMA
ESMA's fresh output this window was a newsletter edition and a simplified-taxonomy reporting proposal, both outside this desk's equity-structure remit; MiFIR, the consolidated tape, the Listing Act and CSDR saw no new move. The European Commission and EBA were likewise silent on anything equity-relevant, and the ECB's SSM, TARGET2/T2S and collateral-framework channels issued no rule change.
United Kingdom
The FCA's output stayed on enforcement and consumer-protection lines rather than market structure. The Bank of England's October PRA Regulatory Digest is still outstanding — September's remains current — and its CCP/CSD and FMI rulemaking channels produced nothing fresh.
National & exchanges
A quiet stretch across the continent: nothing new from BaFin, Deutsche Börse, the AMF, Euronext, Consob, Borsa Italiana, the CNMV, BME or SIX. The Swiss, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish central banks issued no rule changes either.
