The Market Wrap.

Europe Reg Desk

Tuesday, 2026-11-03 · covering the last 24h

A quiet overnight window across the desk. Nothing new from ESMA or Brussels, and no fresh rule-relevant move from the Bank of England, the national regulators or the exchanges covered here. Yesterday's lead item stands: the FCA's CP26/39 on income-sharing and incident-reporting rules for the equity consolidated tape remains open for comment until 17 December, with nothing further on it since.

No November PRA Regulatory Digest has appeared yet — September's remains the newest edition. The FCA published a couple of items today (a new regime for ESG rating providers, and car-finance settlement expectations), but neither touches equity-market structure, so they're left out.

Nothing new out of Frankfurt, Paris, Milan, Madrid or Zurich, and no fresh notices from Euronext, Deutsche Börse or SIX that bear on trading rules rather than routine index-maintenance housekeeping.

Informational only — summaries of public regulatory and central bank sources; not advice.
